TFT Diagnosis is a paid report service for hardstuck TFT players. You give us your Riot ID, answer a short intake form about your playstyle, and we pull your real match data from MetaTFT. A coach-reviewed report then tells you the exact LP leaks costing you rank — not generic tips, your specific patterns.

Generic guides cover what the patch meta looks like. They can't tell you why you specifically keep going 7th. The same mistake might be economy timing for one player and comp-forcing for another. We read your actual games to find the pattern that's unique to you.

Enter your Riot ID on the home page and we instantly pull your recent match stats from MetaTFT — placement rate, 7th/8th frequency, and a top-level read of your biggest leak category. It's free, takes under 10 seconds, and shows you whether a full diagnosis would be worth it.

Sneak Peek ($5) — a focused snapshot report: your top LP leak and one action to fix it. Good if you want to try the product before committing.

Single Diagnosis ($10) — our full report: LP leak breakdown, evidence from your games, top recurring mistakes, an anti-tilt ruleset, and a 3-step action plan.

3-Pack Bundle ($25) — three full diagnoses at a discount. Best for players who want to track improvement over time or test different playstyles across the patch.

A live coaching session costs $30–80/hr and depends on who's available. We're $5–10, available immediately, and we read your match data before saying anything — so the advice is grounded in your actual games, not a session where you play one game and get generalised feedback. Think of it as a detailed scouting report before your coaching session, or a standalone fix for a specific leak.

The product is designed for Emerald, Diamond, and high Platinum players — people who understand the game's fundamentals but keep bleeding LP in the same ways. If you're learning the basics, you may get more out of a beginner guide. If you're Masters+, the report is still useful but your leaks are usually highly situation-specific.

No account required. You identify yourself with your Riot ID (e.g. PlayerName#TAG). After purchase, look up your report on the My Reports page using the same Riot ID.

Go to the home page. Enter your Riot ID in the format Name#TAG (e.g. Faker#KR1) and select your region. Hit Scan. In a few seconds you'll see your real placement stats and a top-line read on your biggest leak. This is free and doesn't require payment.

Click Get Full Diagnosis from the Snapshot results (or go to Pricing from the nav). Pick the package that fits — Sneak Peek, Single Diagnosis, or 3-Pack Bundle. Click the plan to go to the intake form. After completing the form you'll be taken to Stripe's checkout to pay securely. Payment opens in a new tab — complete it there and then return to the site.

The intake form is the most important step. We ask about your current rank, target rank, the comps you play, what frustrates you most, and what you think causes your bad games. The more specific you are, the better your report will be. There's also an optional section to paste a match link or describe a recent bad game — this detail goes directly into your analysis.

Your Riot ID is the name shown on your in-game profile: Username#Tagline. You can find it in the TFT client under your profile, or at the top of your MetaTFT or TFTactics profile page. Make sure to include the #TAG part — just a username won't work.

Our target is under 48 hours from intake submission. Most reports are ready sooner. You'll find your report on the My Reports page — search your Riot ID and it will appear there once it's published. We don't currently send email notifications, so check back after 24 hours.

Go to My Reports in the top nav (or click here). Enter your Riot ID — the same one you used on the intake form. Your submissions and their statuses will appear. Once your report is published, you'll see a View Report button.

Check the My Reports page first — your submission status will be shown (Submitted → Under Review → Published). If it's been more than 48 hours and the status hasn't moved past Submitted, the most likely cause is a payment that didn't register correctly. Try searching your Riot ID on My Reports and check whether your purchase shows up under Credits. If you're stuck, reach out directly — contact info is in the footer.

Go to My Reports and search your Riot ID. If you have unused credits, a green Credits Available card will appear with a Use a Credit button. Clicking it takes you straight to the intake form for your next diagnosis — no need to pay again.
